Dear Patients, Families, and Friends,
Great news! Crofton Family Eye Care will re-open on May 18, 2020 for routine eye care per the Maryland Governor’s directive to resume elective care.
We will resume normal business hours with a new Clean Office Protocol aimed at providing a safe environment. Our staff will be wearing face masks and screened with temperature checks. All surfaces, equipment and frames will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each patient visit. We have installed medical grade HEPA filtration system through the entire office. We have altered our patient schedule to limit the number of people in the office and to maintain social distancing.
We are asking all patients to kindly follow our new office procedures:
All visits must be scheduled by appointment prior to arrival. This includes glasses pick-ups, repairs or adjustments.
Please arrive on time. This is especially important given our altered patient schedule.
Face masks are required in the office for patients over the age of 2.
Adults should come alone. One parent or guardian may accompany a child. All others must wait outside. Please leave children at home with childcare if they do not have an appointment.
Anyone entering the office will have their temperature taken.
All patients that have been ill within the last 14 days will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Our main priority is the safety of our patients, our staff and our community. We appreciate your cooperation and support. We look forward to seeing you soon.
